Privacy Policy
Short version. We don't ask you to make an account and we don't collect your name or email. We use Google Analytics to count page views, and affiliate links that tag a referral when you click through to a retailer. You can turn the analytics cookies off with the banner and the site keeps working.
Who we are
SenpaiStash operates https://senpaistash.com. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to privacy@senpaistash.com.
What we collect
- Usage data. Pages viewed, approximate region, referring site, device type and browser, collected through Google Analytics.
- Affiliate click data. When you follow an outbound link to a retailer, that retailer records the referral so any commission is attributed here.
- Consent state. Your cookie choice, stored locally in your browser.
We do not collect names, email addresses, postal addresses or payment details, because there is nothing on this site to sign up for or buy directly.
Legal basis
Analytics and advertising cookies are set only with your consent, which you give through the banner and can withdraw at any time by clearing site data. Strictly necessary storage — remembering that you answered the banner — runs on our legitimate interest in not asking you the same question forever.
Who receives data
- Google — Analytics and advertising. See Google's own privacy policy.
- AliExpress — receives referral parameters when you click an affiliate link.
We do not sell personal data, and we have never been asked to.
Retention
Analytics data is retained on Google's default schedule (currently 14 months) and then deleted. Your consent choice stays in your browser until you clear it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to processing, or to complain to a supervisory authority. Because we hold no account data, most requests resolve to analytics records — write to us and we will help you locate and remove them.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, surface it on the site.
