1. Agreement

2. What this site is
SenpaiStash publishes editorial reviews and opinion about anime figures, model kits, plush, apparel and related collectibles. We are not a shop: nothing here is an offer to sell, and we hold no stock, take no payment and ship nothing.
3. Reviews are opinion
Scores and verdicts reflect our assessment of the specific units we handled. Manufacturing varies between production runs and between individual pieces. Nothing on this site is a guarantee about the item you will personally receive.
Bootleg risk ratings are guidance, not certification. A "Low" rating means counterfeits of that product are less common in the channels we monitor — it is not an authentication of any particular listing or seller, and it cannot be. Always apply the checks yourself before you pay.
4. Affiliate links
Outbound product links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Commission never influences a score, a ranking or whether something gets reviewed. See About for the full position.
5. Third-party sellers
Your purchase is a contract between you and the retailer, governed by their terms. Pricing, availability, delivery, returns and warranty are entirely theirs. We are not a party to it and cannot resolve disputes about it.
6. Intellectual property
Our text, photography, scoring methodology and design are ours. Product names, character names, series titles and manufacturer logos belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification and commentary — which is fair dealing / fair use, and not a claim of affiliation or endorsement.
7. Acceptable use
- Don't scrape the site at volume or republish our reviews wholesale.
- Don't misrepresent our scores in a commercial listing.
- Don't attempt to interfere with the site or its infrastructure.
Quoting a sentence or two with a link back is welcome and needs no permission.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from purchases made through it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. None of this affects your statutory consumer rights against the seller.
